1. General Provisions & Acceptance of Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the tkck platform and its user ("Member"). Browsing the tkck website, creating an account, or using any service indicates that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to Members in Bangladesh. "Platform", "Site", or "Service" in this document refers to the tkck website and all its sections. "We", "our", or "tkck" refers to the operating board of this platform.

2. Eligibility Requirements & Age Limit

To open an account and use services on tkck, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years old. This platform's services are available only to those aged 21 and above.
• You must register an account in your own name by providing accurate information.
• You confirm that you are using a valid device with a reliable internet connection.
• You have the legal capacity to participate on this platform.
• You have not previously been banned from tkck for any reason.

3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration Process

When becoming a member of tkck you must provide accurate and complete personal information. If the information provided is false or incomplete, tkck reserves the right to cancel the account. Each person may operate only one account — multiple accounts for the same person are strictly prohibited.

3.2 Password & Security

Account security is entirely the Member's responsibility. Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone. If you suspect that your account details have been accessed by someone else, notify the tkck support team immediately.

3.3 Identity Verification

tkck may request identity verification documents at any time, such as a national ID card or passport. If the required documents are not provided, the withdrawal process may be suspended.

• Using the same device, bank account, or payment method across multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Transferring or selling an account to a third party is prohibited.
• Large withdrawals may be held until the verification process is complete.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

tkck currently supports the following payment methods in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 5–30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made through the same payment method you used to deposit.

4.3 Fraudulent Transactions

If any transaction is considered fraudulent or suspicious, tkck reserves the right to hold that transaction and investigate the associated account. All payments are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

tkck offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to every bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

• A bonus can be claimed only once and cannot be transferred to another account.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Requesting a withdrawal before wagering requirements are met may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• tkck may change or cancel bonus offer terms at any time.

5.3 VIP & Cashback Program

tkck operates five VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback starts at 0.2% at Bronze and goes up to 1.2% at the Diamond tier. The specific criteria for VIP tier upgrades may change from time to time, and tkck will notify members separately about such changes.

6. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

6.1 General Gaming Policy

All games offered on tkck are operated in accordance with SSL encryption and fair play principles. Members understand that winning and losing are both inherent to online gaming, and the outcome of each game is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).

6.2 Play Limits

As part of promoting responsible gaming, tkck provides members with the ability to set deposit, loss, and session limits. Members can request these limits through the support team.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error or connection loss, tkck will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue. However, tkck's liability for losses caused by technical issues will be limited.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tkck platform, and any violation will result in immediate account closure:

• Playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Abusing the bonus system or seeking loopholes in its terms.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to tkck's systems.
• Harassing or attempting to defraud other members.
• Opening an account with false or incorrect information, or committing fraud during the KYC process.
• Making illegitimate chargeback claims or committing payment fraud.

8. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content on the tkck platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, data, and other elements — is the intellectual property of tkck or its associated suppliers. Copying, distributing, reproducing, or using any of it for any other purpose without prior permission is strictly prohibited.

Members may view site content for personal and non-commercial purposes, but downloading, modifying, or commercially using any content is not permitted.

9. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

The tkck platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. tkck will not be liable for any losses arising from technical outages, temporary service interruptions, or faults in third-party services.

Participating in online gaming is entirely the Member's own decision and risk. tkck bears no responsibility for financial losses incurred through gaming. Members acknowledge that there is no guarantee of winning in gaming.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 tkck's Actions

tkck reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.

10.2 Member's Request to Close Account

Any member may request to close their account at any time by sending an email to [email protected]. All valid balances will be given the opportunity to be withdrawn before closure, subject to applicable conditions.
